Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a logistics coordinator for the Concrete Tower unit in Poznań to manage goods receipt, verification, and inventory control. You will perform safe loading/unloading, maintain precise records, and support daily logistics documentation, while communicating with suppliers in English and Polish.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ERP/Excel proficiency, and a proactive, process‑driven mindset within a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured, process-oriented, and reliable working style.
• Proactive mindset in a multicultural team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes).
• Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods.
• Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records.
• Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports daily.
• Support administrative logistics processes and related documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in Polish and English.

YOUR TASKS

• Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes).
• Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods.

• Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment.
