Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska Sp.z o.o.sp.k. is seeking a Project Manager - Solution Engineer for Contract Logistics to lead end-to-end development and implementation of logistics solutions.

You will design solutions, build cost models, present to clients, and drive projects from planning to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills, English and Polish fluency, and willingness to travel across Poland.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Several years of PM, solution design, or Contract Logistics/3PL operations.
• Analytical, process‑oriented mindset with data‑to‑solution ability.
• Experience in cost calculations, financial modelling and business cases.
• PM experience leading interdisciplinary teams and end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong MS Office skills; CAD tools advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, customer‑facing.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Poland for long‑term projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements, RFQ data, and tender documentation.
• Analyze data structures to identify dependencies and design scalable processes.
• Create warehouse layouts, process flows, and infrastructure concepts using calculation tools, CAD tools, and MS Office products.
• Prepare cost calculations, pricing models, commercial assumptions, and business cases for new solutions and proposals.
• Present developed solutions to internal stakeholders and customers, and support sales during acquisition and implementation phases.
• Lead or coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and align sub‑projects to ensure smooth execution from planning to go‑live.
• Identify risks, manage timelines and deliverables, and initiate corrective actions throughout all project phases, including ramp‑up and stabilization.
• Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, tools, and analyses as requested by management.
• Support operations by translating data into practical solutions and driving continuous improvement across Contract Logistics sites.
