Job summary

BESTSECRET is seeking an Operations / Performance Manager Logistics for its Sulechów site in Poland. You will own on-site performance, partner with the 3PL, and drive continuous process improvements while coordinating between internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a logistics/operations background, strong data KPI focus, and ability to implement actionable improvements. Fluency in Polish and English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally 2–3 years of logistics/operations experience in a modern environment.
• Experience with automated material flow systems and logistics operations.
• Experience with KPIs and performance management; knowledge of Lean/5S.
• Strong IT skills including ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2); German is a plus.
• Strong analytical, hands-on, and structured working style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance assessments and derive improvement recommendations based on results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the 3PL to design and implement process improvements.
• Define performance metrics, benchmarks, and targets for improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.
• Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage and coordinate the assigned operational areas of the on-site service provider, including Inbound, Stow/Pick, and Outbound.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions with Operational Excellence and the provider.
• Review operational planning, including forecasted volumes, staffing levels, and performance expectations.
• Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders, the external provider, and customers when required.
