Job summary

BESTSECRET is building a new Poznań logistics site, and we are seeking a 3PL Operations Manager to lead the ramp-up and launch of our on-site fulfillment center. You will work closely with our operations manager, the logistics provider and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness and a smooth go-live.

After go-live, you will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient warehouse operations across inbound to outbound processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing or fulfillment operations.
• Experience with external logistics providers is a plus.
• Hands-on in outbound operations and on-site work mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support ramp-up and launch of the Poznań fulfillment center.
• Coordinate on-site implementation, workspace setup and processes.
• Act as on-site operational representative and coordinate stakeholders.
• Monitor external provider performance and ensure smooth warehouse ops.
• Define and analyze KPIs, capacity planning and staffing.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with process docs and quality standards.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Shipping, IT, Finance and Controlling.

Your Mission

Join us in building our new logistics site in Poznań.

In this role, you will play a key part in the successful ramp-up and launch of our new 3PL-operated fulfillment center. During the ramp-up phase, you will work closely with our Operations Manager, internal stakeholders and our logistics service provider to coordinate and implement operational preparations on-site. A particular focus will be on ensuring operational readiness and smooth warehouse processes, ideally bringing hands-on experience in outbound operations. After go-live, you will jointly steer and monitor the 3PL provider's operational performance, ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations, and drive continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the ramp-up and operational launch of our new fulfillment center in Poznań
• Coordinate on-site implementation activities, including warehouse setup, workstations, storage areas and operational processes
• Act as BESTSECRET's operational representative on-site and coordinate all relevant stakeholders
• Manage and monitor the performance of the external logistics service provider
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes
• Define, monitor and analyse KPIs and service levels
• Review capacity planning, staffing levels and operational performance of the service provider
• Collaborate closely with Operational Excellence to implement process standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with process documentation, work instructions and quality standards
• Act as key contact for internal departments including Supply Chain Management, Shipping & Transportation, IT, Supply, Finance and Controlling

Your Profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing or fulfillment operations
• Experience working with external logistics providers (3PL) is an advantage
• strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes, ideally wiht hands-on experience in outbound operations
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on-site in a dynamic start-up environment
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive results while building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems as well as MS Office
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2); German is a plus
