Cello Square by Samsung SDS Global in Wronki, Poland, is expanding its inbound logistics team. This role coordinates inbound shipments, ensures smooth logistics execution, and collaborates with Samsung Electronics.

• Participate in logistics projects.

Role Summary

Our team in Wronki is growing, and we are looking for new members to join our Inbound Logistics Team. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, ensuring smooth logistics execution, and maintaining close cooperation with internal partner - Samsung Electronics (SEPM).

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperation with logistic service providers
• Creating Delivery Plan & Execution
• Verification of shipping & delivery performance (KPIs)
• Delivering full visibility of shipments by company tools & system
• Subcontractor performance reporting to line manager
• Verification of logistics documents (POD/BOL)
• Participation in Logistics projects

Requirements

• University degree (Logistics, SCM, Transport)
• Good in English
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Logistics, best at similar role
• Knowledge of road transport
• Being able to work under time pressure
• Good organization of work
• Fluent hanging of MS Office (especially Excel)
