Job summary

Jiga is seeking a Logistics Manager to own the physical movement of every part—from Shenzhen to labs worldwide—balancing operational excellence with commercial instincts.

You’ll negotiate rates, guide trade compliance, and price freight to protect margin while collaborating with Sales, Suppliers, and customers globally. This is a remote, async, globally distributed role for an experienced logistics professional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience.
• Experience negotiating freight rates with forwarders and couriers.
• Knowledge of HTS classifications, invoices, packing lists, IORs, and customs processes.
• Strong written and spoken English for global collaboration.
• Comfort with remote, async tools and cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

• Move parts across the world, managing international freight from Asia to key regions.
• Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end and guide the logistics admin team.
• Be the commercial partner Sales wants, advising on landed cost and pricing.
• Own supplier-side execution, coordinating with manufacturing partners.
• Improve the logistics platform by documenting recurring issues and building playbooks.
