Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Logistics Specialist to execute multiple logistics functions, including inventory, warehousing, and materials handling in support of U.S. Army operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to established procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 4 years of related experience, ability to operate government-provided light vehicles, GCCS-A certification, a valid U.S. driver's license and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Must be able to qualify and operate Government provided light vehicles.
• GCCS-A Certification required.
• Valid US Driver’s license required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a CAC, if required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inventories, configures, stores and issues in accordance with U.S. Army Supply Policies and Procedures.
• Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming/outgoing material to verify receipt/issue against documents.
• May operate STAMIS programs, and GCSS-A.
• Inputs data and generates daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by department.
• Moves or transports materials or supplies to other departments, using hand forklift or industrial truck.
• Ensures safety practices and adherence to safety policies and ISO Quality System.
• Performs other position related duties as assigned.
