Job summary

SAMSUNG SDS in Poland is seeking an Outbound Logistics Specialist to coordinate delivery planning and execution across logistics providers. You will ensure timely shipments, monitor KPI metrics, and deliver full visibility of shipments through company tools and systems.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or related field, fluent English, and at least 2 years in logistics, with strong road transport knowledge and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, SCM or transport
• Fluent English communication
• At least 2 years in logistics, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of road transport and time management

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with logistic service providers
• Creating Delivery Plan & Execution
• Planning deliveries
• Verification of shipping & delivery performance (KPIs)
• Delivering full visibility of shipments by company tools & system
• Subcontractor performance reporting to line manager
• Verification of logistics documents (POD/BOL)
• Participation in Logistics projects
