Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Control Operator to oversee logistics processes at client facilities in Germany, focusing on modern, automated distribution centers. You will monitor material flow, analyze events, and collaborate with maintenance and WMS teams to ensure continuous warehouse operations.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse logistics, WMS knowledge, and fluent German plus English (B2). On-site work in Germany is expected, with opportunities to engage in exciting automation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational position.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Experience in coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Very good knowledge of German enabling fluent communication in the work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems.
• Operation and ongoing control of systems supporting the functioning of the distribution center.
• Analysis of alarms, operational incidents, and reports affecting the continuity of warehouse operations.
• Coordinating actions between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists.
• Escalating operational issues and supporting corrective and optimization actions.
