Sii Poland is seeking a Control Operator to oversee logistics processes at client facilities in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze incidents, and collaborate with maintenance and WMS teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Requirements include 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, WMS knowledge, English at B2 and fluent German, plus a willingness to work on-site in Germany. Prior control room experience is a plus, and on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse logistics/intralogistics or similar operational role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience coordinating operational activities with technical teams.
• English at least B2 level.
• Very good German for fluent communication in work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems.
• Operate and continuously control systems supporting the distribution center.
• Analyze alarms, incidents and reports affecting continuity of operations.
• Coordinate actions between operational teams, maintenance technicians and WMS specialists.

Job description

For our client implementing projects in modern logistics and warehouse automation, we are looking for a Control Operator. You will join a team responsible for overseeing logistics processes at the client's logistics facilities in Germany, in modern, automated distribution centers. Your task will be to monitor the flow of materials, analyze operational events, and collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure the continuity and efficiency of warehouse operations. If you have experience in a warehouse environment, know WMS systems, and can communicate fluently in German.

Your tasks

• Monitoring the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems
• Operation and ongoing control of systems supporting the functioning of the distribution center
• Analysis of alarms, operational incidents, and reports affecting the continuity of warehouse operations
• Coordinating actions between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists
• Escalating operational issues and supporting corrective and optimization actions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational position
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes
• Experience in coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
• Very good knowledge of German enabling fluent communication in the work environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Control Room or Operations Center
• Knowledge of WCS, MFC, or SCADA systems
• Experience working in automated high-bay warehouses
