Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Control Operator to join the team responsible for overseeing logistics processes at client facilities in Germany. You will monitor material flow, analyze operational events, and collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of warehouse operations.

Qualifications include at least 3 years in warehouse logistics, knowledge of WMS, and fluency in both English (B2) and German. On-site work in Germany is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics or intralogistics.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Fluent English (B2) and high German proficiency.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems.
• Operate and continuously control the systems supporting the distribution center.
• Analyze alarms, incidents, and reports affecting continuity of warehouse operations.
• Coordinate actions between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists.
• Escalate operational issues and support corrective and optimization actions.
