Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Control Operator to join our client’s logistics facilities in Germany. You will monitor automated warehouse systems, oversee material flow and coordinate with maintenance and WMS specialists to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse logistics, strong WMS knowledge, fluent English (B2) and very good German, with on-site work in Germany. Experience with automated warehouses and SCADA/WCS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, intralogistics, or a similar operational position.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse processes.
• Experience coordinating operational activities and collaborating with technical teams.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Very good knowledge of German enabling fluent communication in the work environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the flow of materials and logistics processes in automated warehouse systems
• Operation and ongoing control of systems supporting the functioning of the distribution center
• Analysis of alarms, operational incidents, and reports affecting the continuity of warehouse operations
• Coordinating actions between operational teams, maintenance technicians, and WMS specialists
• Escalating operational issues and supporting corrective and optimization actions
