The role involves collaboration with internal departments, brokers, and customs authorities, with emphasis on SAP-based automation and digital transformation in foreign trade. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of foreign trade.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in cooperation with third party companies.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish mandatory.
• German language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with foreign trade, customs, and internal compliance requirements.
• Acting as contact person for internal departments, brokers, customs authorities, and the Foreign Trade organization.
• Support with tariffing, classification, and customs-relevant master data.
• Analyze and resolve operational customs and foreign trade issues to prevent delivery delays.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization in Foreign Trade.
• Cooperate closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Compliance, and other interfaces.
• Create evaluations, risk analyses, and recommendations on foreign trade topics.
• Serve as a key user for automated customs processes in SAP and GTS.
• Participate in SAP S4/HANA rollout projects.

Join one of the key logistics hubs within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket and help ensure the smooth flow of goods across European markets. Based in our warehouse in Biskupice Podgórne, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive team that plays a crucial role in global supply chains. Working closely with colleagues from logistics, customs, compliance, and foreign trade functions, you will contribute to international projects, optimize processes, and support the ongoing digital transformation of our foreign trade operations.
