Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate in Control Management to support end-to-end governance across business lines, functions, and locations. You will manage process improvements, contribute to the internal control framework, and own governance secretariat tasks for main committees led by Location Control Managers.

You will coordinate submissions, document minutes, run analytics on risk, and drive efficiency with automation and SharePoint tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submissions from lines of business and prepare committee materials.
• Document governance meeting minutes and debriefs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Support governance framework with the broader Control Management team.
• Provide project management support for Location Control initiatives and working groups.
• Assist in evaluating risk and strengthening resilience of the control environment.
• Develop and maintain data processing and automation for reporting, including SharePoint enhancements.
