Air France - KLM is seeking a Sales Team coordinator for its Warsaw, Poland office. You will support local Sales and Marketing by coordinating communications between Warsaw and the Headquarter, and by handling marketing actions, newsletters, translations and event support.

Responsibilities include budget tracking, customer care coordination with HQ, and office management duties. Fluency in Polish and English is required; French is a plus. This is a full-time role in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/experience of commercial activities in Sales, Marketing or Customer Experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English; French is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and AI tools.

Responsabilités

Air France - KLM is one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation with one of the largest global network.

In the Alps, Balkan, and Central Eastern Europe (ACE) region we are searching for a candidate for our Sales Team located in Warsaw, Poland. The purpose of the job is to support local Sales and Marketing teams by coordinating communications between Warsaw and the Headquarter office in executing some key local tasks, aiming attacking the most out of the presence in the country.

Main tasks and responsibilities are:

Coordinate local marketing tasks, in coordination with Headquarter

• Participate to the implementation and follow up of the B2T and B2B marketing action plan and budget taking into consideration the ROI expectations.
• Responsible for B2T Newsletters content & translation. Maintain the database up to date.
• Produce any ad hoc translations (articles, interviews, websites, creative campaigns).
• Support Sales and Marketing for trade campaigns, events, local activities, social media campaigns.
• Tracking the local budget expenditures.
• Supports the Sales team with presentations, MI, product update and any other relevant information.

Customer care

• Entry point for local claims.
• Support HQ/Sales with Customer care court cases.

Office Management

• In charge of all local office management.
• Mail Management.
• Entry point for HQ controlling team and finance.

Required professional background:

• Knowledge/experience of commercial activities in the field (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience).
• High level of computer skills, MS Office tools and AI tools.
• Fluent in Polish, English. French is an advantage.
• Airline / travel industry knowledge is advantage.
• University degree.
