Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a PM/Live Ops professional to join our Live Studios in Kraków, focusing on Paper.io2 and other live titles. You will own feature specifications, drive engagement and monetization, and work closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure successful rollouts.

Ideal candidates have strong F2P knowledge, a track record with live games and IAP strategies, and an ability to push the product forward while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

Experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager.
Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics.
Able to write clear specs and align teams.
Experience on a live game and with IAP monetization.

Responsibilities

Build and implement F2P systems to boost engagement and revenue.
Own specifications, timelines, and outcomes for features.
Use A/B testing and data to optimize features post-launch.
Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts for smooth rollouts.
Prioritize work under tight deadlines to maximize impact.
Monitor industry trends and adapt best practices.
