Job summary

GRAID Technology seeks Linux Systems Software Engineers from junior to senior level to develop Linux-based system software for storage platforms, drivers, and hardware‑software integration.

You will design, develop and debug components, collaborate across engineering and DevOps, and contribute to performance optimization and scalability in a fast-growing, startup-minded environment. This role offers visibility into AI and enterprise workloads and a culture that values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Solid Linux knowledge with hands-on experience on Linux-based systems.
• Understanding of OS fundamentals including processes, memory management, threading and synchronization.
• Experience with Git and debugging tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Linux system-level software components.
• Develop and debug software interacting with Linux kernel, drivers, firmware and hardware.
• Work on storage technologies, performance optimization and system scalability.
• Collaborate with validation, architecture and DevOps teams.
• Investigate complex platform-level issues across hardware and software stacks.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation and technical discussions.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
