Bowery Meat Company Steak House is seeking experienced Line Cook/Grill/Boiler Cook to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen. We offer professional development and a supportive work environment focused on education in food, wine, spirits, and service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year as a line cook, ability to work all meal periods, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work at night and on weekends and be fully Covid vaccinated. Compensation is based on experience.

• Experience in all meal periods.

Responsibilities

• Work the line for service.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
• Stock the station for the shift.
• Maintain all necessary parts.
• Follow prep, fire, and station sheets.
• Prep and execution of food items.
• Uphold company policies and health regulations.
• Ensure safe and sanitary kitchen environments.
