Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a seasoned Strategy professional in Life Sciences to join our Strategy Practice. You will shape strategic directions for leading Life Sciences organizations, collaborating with global teams from strategy development through implementation.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy consulting or related fields in Life Sciences or Healthcare, strong research capabilities, and fluent English. Travel to client sites will be expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant roles within Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Experience supporting strategy engagements across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or Operations.
• Experience conducting primary and secondary research and performing qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Ability to synthesize data and insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Experience developing client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and strategic roadmaps.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Join Strategy Practice in Life Sciences and shape strategies for leading organizations.
• Work with global, cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Advise clients across R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Operations from strategy to implementation.
• Lead primary and secondary research and qualitative/quantitative analyses as needed.
• Develop insights and actionable strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables including presentations and reports.
• Support business development with proposals and thought leadership content.
• Create materials such as white papers and industry reports for publication.
