Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Poland is seeking a Manager Clinical Operations to lead a dedicated team, guiding performance with KPIs and ensuring SOP/WPD compliance. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in clinical operations or similar roles.
1+ year of leadership responsibility.
Equivalency of education, training and/or related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Oversees, trains, resources, coaches and performance manages a clinical operations team.
Leads end-to-end performance with KPIs; escalates issues and training needs.
Ensures adherence to SOPs/WPDs and regulatory standards (ICH/GCP, FDA).
Manages staff performance appraisals, induction, recruitment and career development.
Supports project resourcing, RFP inputs, and collaboration with leadership for planning.
