Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support the training and evaluation of AI for contract management platforms in Polish. This is a freelance, remote, part-time role with flexible hours (25+ per week) and an immediate start.

You will handle multilingual legal data tasks, analyze clauses and terms in international contracts, participate in onboarding and quality reviews, and work within secure client environments. Fluent English and Polish are required, with prior contract experience preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
