Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support training and evaluation of AI for contract management platforms in Polish. This is a freelance, remote, part-time role with flexible hours.

You will work on multilingual contract data, review terms, and participate in calibration sessions in secure client environments. Start date is immediate, duration is to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Must have contract or legal-domain expertise and strong contract-review skills.
• Fluency in English with proficiency in the target language.
• Experience with data annotation or AI model evaluation is preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
