Job summary

RWS is seeking Legal Annotators to support training and evaluation of AI for contract management platforms in Polish. This freelance, work-from-home role offers flexible part-time hours and an immediate start. Rate: 21.60 USD/hour.

You will handle multilingual data collection, evaluation, and annotation, analyze clauses and terms, and participate in calibration sessions within secure client environments. Immediate start and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Contract or legal domain expertise with strong interpretation and review skills.
• Fluency in English and in the target language.
• Experience with data-annotation or ML data evaluation is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Legal Expertise: Contract or legal domain expertise, with strong legal interpretation and contract-review skills (especially regarding international and cross-jurisdictional contracts)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English alongside the relevant target language
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Prior data-annotation experience or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks
