ERP Parameterization Engineer: Manufacturing Data & Optimization

Job summary

Emerson seeks a Parameterization Engineer in Poland to ensure ERP data accuracy, support new product introductions, and optimize manufacturing processes across the system.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain BOMs, routings, and master data, driving continuous improvement and data integrity within ERP.

You will work with procurement and production planning to ensure proper parameterization and material planning, while supporting multiple departments with system expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI/NPD) in ERP environments.
• Experience implementing Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) and system change management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new products, bills of materials, routings, and manufacturing technologies within the ERP system.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of ERP data through regular verification and updates.
• Perform product cost calculations and support pricing activities for new and existing products.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and related analytical reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers, Process Engineers, Technologists, Programmers, and global teams to define manufacturing processes in ERP.
• Work with Procurement and Production Planning to ensure ERP parameterization and material planning accuracy.
• Provide technical and system support to internal stakeholders across departments.
• Analyze ECNs and implement required updates within ERP.
