Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Experience managing logistics or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-level operational teams of several dozen employees.
• Hands-on experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong track record delivering projects that enhance operational performance.
• Ability to navigate a complex operational environment while setting priorities and working independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Fluency in Polish and communicative level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex organizational structure while developing teams of several dozen employees and frontline leaders.
• Manage beer and packaging warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of logistics processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on Lean Manufacturing principles and drive development of operational standards.
• Lead warehouse improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Take responsibility for warehouse management, including inventory control and space/infrastructure utilization.
• Plan and manage the departmental budget while monitoring KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to ensure smooth product flow.
