Job summary

Rebel Wolves is seeking a Lead Writer to join our Narrative Team in Warsaw or remotely. You will manage a team of writers, develop high-quality narratives, and collaborate with the Narrative Director and other leads to shape our games.

You will write scripts for cutscenes and dialogue and help expand our new IP. The role demands proven writing excellence, leadership, and experience with game engines and interactive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills with documented successes.
• Fluency in English; native or near-native.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• 6+ years as writer/narrative designer in the video game industry with a track record of outstanding achievement.
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity, UE) and dialogue writing tools.
• Ability to create interactive, non-linear stories and dialogues.
• Basic IT fluency.
• Passion for video games and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Managing, feedbacking and supporting the Writers Team.
• Collaborating closely with the Narrative Director and other Team Leads.
• Reviewing and improving story pitches, outlines and dialogs.
• Crafting stories and writing cutscene/ CGI scripts.
• Creating internal documentation and ensuring lore consistency.
• Collaborating with PR/ Marketing and Localization.
• Working with VO artists and directors.
