The role requires a strong background in large warehouse environments, staff leadership, and proficiency with Excel and WMS systems. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for development and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience managing large warehouses.
• Polish fluency and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse areas and ensure smooth operations.
• Co-lead inbound/outbound daily activities and optimize processes.
• Implement and improve warehouse management systems and standard operating procedures.
• Allocate resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead team development, mentorship, and performance management.
