You will drive the design, analysis, and qualification of Subsea XT technologies, coordinating across global teams and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.

The role emphasizes DFMA, GD&T, and innovative thinking to deliver competitive, patent-worthy solutions while mentoring other engineers in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

Design engineering for Subsea Production Systems.
Experience with CAD, 3D models and detailed drawings.
Knowledge of GD&T and Design for Manufacture principles.
Experience with CREO/TeamCenter/PLM software.

Responsibilities

Develop Subsea XT technologies to meet customer needs.
Create designs, drawings, BOMs and lead qualification testing.
Ensure scope, timeline and budget are met.
Lead global teams and mentor engineers.
Explore new opportunities and create patents.
Perform Freedom to Operate analyses and monitor market trends.
