Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and implement complex distributed systems.
• Strong programming expertise with object oriented and functional patterns.
• Good understanding of relational databases.
• Hands on capability with SQL, Spark SQL and core data engineering patterns.
• Strong understanding of system design, integration patterns, and secure communication between services.
• Ability to apply domain knowledge to guide team level technical decisions, improve architecture, and drive consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications across all phases of the software lifecycle, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Architect and evolve distributed systems operating in cloud environments, with a focus on resilience, observability, and efficient operations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, automated delivery and high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate on API development, integration patterns, and service‑to‑service communication.
• Work with modern infrastructure tooling (Azure, containers, dev containers, IaC) to support fast, reliable deployments.
• Apply expertise in Data Lake, Change Data Feed , AKS and Microsoft Fabric to guide solution architecture and delivery.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, supporting engineers through code reviews, design walkthroughs, and architectural discussions.
• Raise engineering quality by influencing standard methodologies, improving reusability, and reducing duplication across the platform.
