Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support and investigate incidents.
• Lead incident bridges and postmortems for critical outages.
• Review and validate changes to ensure stability and low risk.
• Build alerting/monitoring in GCP and observability tools.
• Improve reliability by reducing toil and increasing automation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and prod-ready deployments.
• Own services, manage infrastructure currency and audits.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teams.
