Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking a Senior Technical Architect/Team Lead for SharePoint initiatives. You will architect, design, and guide a developers team to deliver scalable, secure SharePoint solutions with SPFx and Azure integration.

Responsibilities include technical leadership, code reviews, QA processes, and close collaboration with stakeholders to align tech with business goals. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Technical Architect or Development Team Lead in SharePoint.
Experience architecting SharePoint solutions for scalability and security.
Deep SharePoint development expertise: Online, SPFx, Azure, Power Platform and PowerBI.
Experience with SonarQube and CI/CD tooling.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Architect and design SharePoint solutions with performance and security in mind.
Lead and mentor developers, ensuring ownership and delivery quality.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and address bottlenecks proactively.
Code, review, and contribute to high‑quality SharePoint features.
Create technical docs, diagrams, and guidelines for the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
