Job summary

Aryzta Europe Business Service Centre in Poland is seeking a Lead/Senior SAP Business Analyst to drive end-to-end SAP solutions across PP, MM, QM, and related integrations within a global S/4HANA program.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to shape architectures, ensure cross-process consistency, and enable scalable, end-to-end supply chain capabilities across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP supply chain or manufacturing environments
• Strong experience in Plan-to-Fulfill processes across planning, production, and material flow
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially PP and MM; QM and PM are a plus
• Understanding of integrations with MES, PLM, or sourcing tools is beneficial
• Ability to think in end-to-end processes across functional silos
• Experience working with external implementation partners in global programs
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (Polish, German, French) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Work across the full Plan-to-Fulfill process landscape, including forecast integration, MRP, production planning and execution, material procurement, quality processes, and shop-floor integration
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions across PP, MM, QM, and related integrations
• Challenge and refine solution proposals from implementation partners
• Contribute to architectural decisions by driving cross-module design alignment and integration consistency
• Ensure solutions remain scalable across rollouts and countries
• Support the functional roadmap within the S/4HANA transformation program
• Review functional specifications, solution designs, and UAT results for quality and consistency
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts to align cross-domain solutions
• Support complex enhancements in live operations together with AMS and development teams
• Contribute to the evolution of demand planning and shop-floor / MES integration
• Balance short-term business needs with long-term sustainability of the solution landscape

About the Role

As a Lead/Senior SAP Business Analyst in the Plan-to-Fulfill domain, you will formally operate in a Senior Business Analyst capacity while taking on significant architectural responsibility within the SAP landscape.

You are responsible for shaping and driving SAP solutions across SAP PP(-PI), SAP MM, SAP QM and SAP QM. You are joining a team of business analysts for SAP and non-SAP solutions.

You actively influence solution design, ensure cross-process consistency, and work across streams such as Manufacturing, Procurement (P2P), and Quality. In the S/4HANA transformation program, you act as a key interface between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT, facilitating decisions and ensuring scalable, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Process Scope SAP-areas

• Work across the full Plan-to-Fulfill process landscape, including forecast integration, MRP, production planning and execution, material procurement, quality processes, and shop-floor integration
• Ensure solutions are designed with full end-to-end impact beyond individual modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions across PP, MM, QM, and related integrations
