ERP Business Analyst
As Principal Business Analyst in the ERP Commercial Finance Management team, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigate highly ambiguous spaces, recommend and implement optimal technology solutions, and shape the long‑term strategic roadmap for Intercompany Non‑Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing.
Responsibilities
- Implement complex ERP Commercial Finance initiatives and coordinate across organizational boundaries.
- Lead SAP projects and initiatives in Intercompany Non‑Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing, leveraging SAP S/4 Finance, BTP and SAP PaPM.
- Analyze complex business problems, define problem spaces, and conduct comprehensive root‑cause analysis in Commercial Finance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, participate in delivery of long‑term strategic roadmaps, and build consensus through persuasive communication.
- Evaluate strategic solution options, including advanced value analysis and risk assessment, to ensure high‑value delivery.
- Manage ambiguous, evolving requirements in dynamic environments, considering micro and macro implications across related domains.
- Apply tools, principles and techniques across cross‑functional initiatives while anticipating challenges and integrating analysis into broader solution designs.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience implementing complex business analysis initiatives with alignment across ambiguous spaces (Required).
- Extensive implementation experience of complex projects in SAP S/4 Finance (Required).
- Implementation experience in SAP PaPM (Required).
- Functional expertise in Operational Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Non‑Trade Finance (Required).
- Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis advisory concepts and ERP finance domains, specifically Operational Transfer Pricing (Required).
- Preferred: Proven track record of recommending optimal technology solutions for sustainable transformation and advanced value/risk assessments.
- Preferred: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to navigate conflicts and build consensus across global structures.
- Preferred: Experience delivering projects in a SaFe environment.
