Job summary

Stryker is seeking a manufacturing leader to coach and direct a production team responsible for stainless steel and titanium implants, surgical instruments, and related products. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 5 years in production management within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technical Studies, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Working proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies, including TPM, 5S, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • Plan workforce availability and resource allocation to ensure schedules run on time.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while establishing competency frameworks and career pathways.
  • Monitor and report production performance indicators through meetings and visual management systems.
  • Oversee production operations, documentation control, measuring equipment management and compliance with procedures.
