Job summary

Stryker in Skawina, Poland, seeks a Manager of Manufacturing (Cleanroom Packaging) to lead safe, compliant, and efficient packaging of medical devices that affect patients worldwide. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders or large teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Preferred experience in Medical Device or ISO/FDA regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleanroom packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop and manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates through coaching and planning.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs related to productivity, quality, service, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, traceability, and quality system procedures.
• Direct production execution, capacity utilization, and equipment readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Oversee investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EH&S, and HR to achieve strategic goals.
