Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Lead Developer SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Logistics to drive our global digital transformation. You will design, develop, and optimize SAP logistics solutions across EWM, LE, and TM, leading a team of developers and collaborating with business experts and architects.

In this role, you will shape technical direction, oversee Proofs of Concept, and support the international rollout of SAP applications, while mentoring colleagues and ensuring high quality and maintainability.

Qualifications

Several years of hands-on SAP development in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Strong expertise in ABAP development.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements in the areas of inbound and outbound logistics and advise stakeholders on the best technical implementation approaches.
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions for SAP logistics modules (EWM, LE, TM).
Create and review comprehensive solution concepts and present alternatives to project committees.
Evaluate technical options for feasibility, risks, costs, and maintainability.
Coordinate and guide development activities through the lifecycle.
Mentor developers and support knowledge sharing and code reviews.
Support global rollout of SAP applications and assist users across locations.
