Job summary

Robert Bosch Rexroth in Warsaw is seeking a Lead Developer for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Logistics to design and implement innovative logistics solutions across EWM, LE and TM. You will work closely with business experts, architects and development teams to turn complex requirements into scalable SAP-based systems.

You bring several years of SAP development experience, leadership and mentoring skills, and strong Agile practice with fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Several years of hands-on experience in SAP development, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Practical experience implementing and developing solutions within SAP EWM, LE, TM.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate technical options, implementation effort, risks, and long-term maintainability.
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Very good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements in inbound/outbound logistics and advise on technical approaches.
Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP logistics solutions (EWM, LE, TM).
Create and review solution concepts; validate via Proof of Concepts.
