EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP CPI Engineer to drive innovation and governance in enterprise integration. You will lead proof-of-concepts, quality assurance, and mentor teams to ensure robust, timely delivery while promoting reuse of assets across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as CS/IT/SE
• Minimum 5 years in middleware or integration architecture in enterprise IT
• Fluent English written and spoken (B2+)
• Proven SAP CPI/iPaaS expertise with CI/CD/DevOps tooling
• Experience with SAP Advanced Event Mesh or Solace

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust integration delivery with quality assurance and governance
• Promote reuse of integration assets and patterns
• Remove blockers and drive progress to complete initiatives on time
• Mentor developers to uplift integration maturity and technical excellence
• Facilitate collaboration using Kanban and pull-based work
• Serve as point of contact for integration topics with architects and leads
• Support modernization through POCs, demos, and emerging tech exposure
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize flows and end-to-end delivery

We are looking for a Lead SAP CPI Engineer to drive innovation and governance in integration solutions.

You will focus on proof of concepts, quality assurance, and mentoring teams to ensure robust and timely delivery of integration initiatives. Join us to contribute to enterprise modernization and elevate integration maturity across projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust integration delivery through strong quality assurance practices and governance of build standards
• Promote reuse of existing integration assets and patterns across business initiatives
• Remove blockers and drive progress to complete integration initiatives on time
• Mentor developers to uplift integration maturity and overall technical excellence
• Facilitate effective collaboration using Kanban boards and pull-based task models
• Serve as point of contact for integration and backlog topics collaborating with Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Integration Leads
• Support enterprise modernization through proof-of-concepts, demos, and exposure to emerging technologies
• Work closely with Operations team to identify improvement areas, optimize integration flows, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in middleware development or integration architecture in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments
• Expertise in SAP CPI including iPaaS platform, SAP CPI, MFT, APIs, and CI/CD/DevOps tooling for SAP CPI
• Experience with SAP Advanced Event Mesh or Solace
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to coach teams and drive a strategic delivery culture
• Fluent English proficiency in written and oral communication (B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher)
