Job summary

Plative is seeking a seasoned Salesforce consultant to lead client projects and deliver end-to-end implementations. You will configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows, while leveraging VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Claude Code for efficient builds.

You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and executives, guide testing, and shape data migration strategies for complex environments, all while ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting delivering complex client projects.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Flows.
• Proficient in VS Code, Salesforce CLI and AI coding assistants; validate changes before deployment.
• Strong English, client-facing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Configure and customize Salesforce core products and third-party apps.
• Use VS Code, Salesforce CLI and Claude Code for backend configs and builds.
• Develop data migration and integration strategies for complex environments.
• Guide testing approaches including client UAT to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Developers, and Executives to mitigate risks.
