EY GDS Poland is seeking a Python Technical Architect to lead backend and cloud architecture within the EY Digital team. You will own solution design for Python-based services, define architecture, set non-functional requirements and guide development teams.

You will mentor engineers, review code, drive architectural decisions, collaborate with DevOps, and translate business needs into secure, scalable, observable solutions using AWS and/or Azure.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering with Python backend focus.
• Experience designing backend services, APIs and data pipelines.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure; secure and scalable design.
• Capable of leading developers and delivering ownership of design.

Responsabilidades

• Own solution design for Python-based backend services and cloud-native solutions.
• Define architecture, non-functional requirements and engineering standards.
• Ensure secure, scalable, observable and maintainable solutions.
• Lead a development team, review code and mentor engineers.
• Drive architectural decisions and document trade-offs for implementations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements.
