We are seeking an experienced and innovative Advanced Lead Engineer to take ownership of the mechanical analysis of multiple components in BGA (Business and General Aviation) Mechanical Analysis Team.
In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to demonstrate stress analysis skills as well as understanding of mechanical design of turbo-prop engines. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in project leadership by coordinating work of few engineers, solve engineering problems of a high complexity, by taking timely actions, short-term planning, applying solid engineering principles and judgment to find optimum solutions.
This role is critical to driving advancements in aerospace propulsion systems and requires a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet stringent safety and performance standards.
