Job summary

Aptiv PLC in Kraków is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize the production launch of new radar sensors for the customer. You will lead the manufacturing organization from award through serial production and act as the single point of contact between design and production.

You will evaluate manufacturing proposals, manage the overall industrialization project, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA and compliance with the Product Development Process.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering/Technical/Industrial MgMT.
• Experience in Automotive or Electronics Industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing organization in bringing the new Safety product from award through serial production.
• Be the Single Point contact between the Design team and Production plant.
• Evaluating and presenting manufacturing proposals.
• Manage the overall Industrialization Project.
• Collaborating with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA.
• Ensure compliance with the Product Development Process requirements.
