Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer in Kraków to drive the new Safety product from concept through serial production. You will serve as the main interface between design and manufacturing, guiding proposals and managing the industrialization project.

You will collaborate with engineers to ensure DFM/DFA, align with the Product Development Process, and lead a team with strong leadership and communication skills in a dynamic automotive/electronics environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering/Technical/Industrial MGMT.
• Experience in Automotive or Electronics Industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing organization in bringing the new Safety product from Business Award through serial production.
• Be the single point of contact between the Design team and Production plant.
• Evaluate and present manufacturing proposals.
• Manage the overall Industrialization Project.
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA.
• Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.
