  • Ensure standard technology adoption for new solutions and all administered and managed tools used in Contract Logistics IT.
  • Oversee global IT technology and methodology standards and changes, driving adoption across the organization.
  • Report on technology compliance and lead migration programs for non‑compliant technologies.

  • Broad and deep knowledge of modern industry standard technologies across infrastructure and end‑to‑end software delivery, including project management, solution technologies, programming languages, databases, frameworks, and deployment and test automation.
  • Ability to map nonfunctional requirements of complex solutions to the best fitting technology approaches.
  • Understanding of approaches for seamless migration or replacement of deprecated technologies in existing solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of scanning/analysis tools to detect use of deprecated and noncompliant technologies.
  • Professional experience in process analysis, design and optimization.
  • Professional training or certification in process methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL) is a plus.

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, cloud certifications (Azure/AWS), or other technology certifications would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of contract logistics and general logistics processes is a plus.
  • Very good understanding of IT project and technology lifecycles.
  • Ability to lead discussions, mediate between teams, and drive consensus.
