Job summary

Look4IT Sp. z o. o. in Wrocław seeks an Identity & Data Security Manager to shape security capabilities across Identity, Data, and AI. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, define governance for IAM and data protection, and drive Zero Trust initiatives in a global automotive context.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and fluent English to influence enterprise-wide security decisions and ensure secure-by-design across digital transformations.

Qualifications

• Several years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on Identity Security, Data Security or related domains.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with enterprise security governance and security frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Identity, Data & AI Security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary security teams.
• Own governance frameworks for identity lifecycle, privileged access, data protection and AI security.
• Drive enterprise-wide security initiatives supporting Zero Trust principles.
• Oversee identity management, authentication, authorization and privileged access capabilities.
• Support data protection initiatives, including data governance, encryption and DLP.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, cloud, legal, compliance, HR and business teams.
• Participate in security architecture decisions and governance forums.
• Define KPIs and security metrics to monitor risk, compliance and control maturity.
• Ensure secure-by-design principles across digital transformation initiatives.

We are looking for an Identity & Data Security Manager for a global company in the automotive sector. This is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping and driving the organization's Identity Security, Data Security and AI Security capabilities. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will define security strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams and support the company's Zero Trust and secure-by-design initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  
• Experience working with enterprise security governance and security frameworks.
  
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  
• Fluent English.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA or modern authentication.
  
• Knowledge of PAM/PIM and Identity Governance.
  
• Experience with DLP, encryption and data protection solutions.
  
• Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS or GCP).
  
• Experience with AI Security or AI Governance.
  
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture.
  
• Experience in automotive or another global enterprise environment.
