Job summary

BlitzenX Solutions is seeking a Principal Guidewire Architect for its Accelerator Practice. The role focuses on leading architecture, designing reusable accelerators, and delivering high-performance Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter in a hybrid work model.

You will drive cloud-native implementations, integrate Guidewire Digital (Jutro) and Edge APIs, and manage DevOps automation while mentoring teams and engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5+ years in Guidewire architecture.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP), Guidewire Digital (Jutro), and APD.
• Hands-on skills in Java, Gosu, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent leadership for distributed teams and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for accelerator products across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital (Jutro).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with Guidewire best practices.
• Define solution scope, functional design, and integration patterns for accelerators and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and client architects to validate solution fit and feasibility.
• Own the technical delivery plan, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Drive design reviews, architecture governance, and technical audits to maintain high standards.
• Mentor and lead engineers, integration engineers, and cloud architects across teams.
• Integrate GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities to automate Guidewire workflows and communications.
• Ensure compliance with Guidewire Marketplace standards and deployment requirements.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and automation to accelerate development cycles.
• Evaluate emerging Guidewire features and AI trends to enhance accelerator portfolio.
