Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer for a long-term implementation project in the Czech Republic.

This fully remote role offers a dynamic international environment and a chance to work on a large-scale Guidewire Insurance transformation. You will design, develop, and integrate PolicyCenter customizations, ensure code quality with unit tests, and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Experience with Guidewire Integrations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and code quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.
• Good communication skills and professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations within Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Build and maintain integration solutions between Guidewire and external systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Guidewire applications and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Support QA and UAT activities by investigating and resolving defects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members when required.
• Stay up to date with Guidewire product enhancements and industry best practices.
