Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer in Katowice/Warsaw with hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will lead Guidewire development streams, mentor teams, and collaborate with onsite coordinators on global insurance projects.

The role requires 4+ years IT experience, strong communication, and a background in Java/Guidewire. Ideal candidates bring Angular 5 and Kotlin experience, with multilingual capabilities benefiting international delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science or other technical qualification.
• 4+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Technical Lead to contribute in various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
