Job summary

Kramp Groep B.V. in Poland is seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to lead and support a team of five Graphic Designers. This hands-on leadership role combines strong design with guiding and motivating a busy creative team across markets and channels.

The ideal candidate has a top-tier portfolio, strong Adobe suite skills, and the ability to communicate with international stakeholders while staying organized under pressure. The role reports to Global Brand & Design Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong professional graphic design experience with an excellent portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and brand identity.
• The ability to coach, motivate and develop creative professionals while maintaining high standards and accountability.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating and presenting ideas to international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day creative direction to the design team while supporting the development of the design group.
• Lead, support and develop a team of five Graphic Designers, building confidence and ownership.
• Coordinate priorities, capacity, deadlines, and incoming work with the Traffic Manager.
• Serve as the creative connection between the Poland team and the Global Brand & Design Manager and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• Stay hands-on and contribute to important projects while exploring new developments in design and AI.
