Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer who can deliver complex web applications, guide technical teams, and leverage modern AI capabilities. You will architect solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure and mentor engineers across the delivery lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years shipping fullstack apps, strong Node.js backend and React or Angular frontend, and hands-on cloud experience. You'll work in a hybrid setup with several Polish offices and opportunities to collaborate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience shipping fullstack applications.
• Advanced back-end proficiency with Node.js.
• Front-end experience with React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Practical AI experience with generative AI APIs and ML-powered features.
• Leadership in mentoring engineers and guiding architecture decisions within agile teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, testing, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications.
• Mentor and coach developers, promoting code quality, testing, DevOps, and AI integration practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services to optimize workflows and customer experiences.
